Get your young athletes to the next level this summer with IC’s Strength & Conditioning Camp! The Ithaca College Wellness Clinic is offering a new camp this summer for kids looking to improve their athletic ability. This camp will offer a structured strength and conditioning program to all sport athletes, targeting: strength, power, speed, balance, quickness, agility, coordination, flexibility and injury prevention.
