Career Services is pleased to announce the dates for the Job, Internship & Volunteer Fair as well as the Graduate & Professional School Fair.

Students often tell us that they are attending a fair because it was encouraged or required by a professor.  As you develop your syllabi for fall classes, please consider including the Job, Internship & Volunteer Fair as well as the Graduate & Professional School Fair in your plans. 

The Job, Internship & Volunteer Fair, open to all Ithaca College students, will be held on Monday, September 12, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in the Emerson Suites.  70+ recruiters will be offering full-time jobs, part-time jobs, summer jobs, internships and/or volunteer opportunities with their companies, nonprofit organizations and government agencies. Employer registration just opened and will continue during the summer, to view the list of participating companies click here.  If you have alumni or professional contacts who may be interested in meeting Ithaca College students, please encourage them to register via http://ithaca.edu/jif.

The Graduate and Professional School Fair will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 20 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in the Emerson Suites.  This fair provides students with the opportunity to meet recruiters from 130 colleges and universities, who are recruiting for a wide variety of academic programs.  A listing of registered schools will be available later in the summer.

If you plan to require your class to attend and would like us to confirm student attendance at the fairs, please let us know in advance of the fair.
