Information Technology Services and the Office of Marketing Communications are pleased to announce new features in Web Profile Manager (WPM) 1.8, scheduled to be released on Monday, July 18th. The major new features are:

• New "Publish" Process - A new process for reviewing intro page and custom section content prior to publishing the content to the live site
• Improved Versioning - The ability to view and restore several previous versions of content sections and sidebars
• Optional Approval Process - Provides new role options: "publisher" (can publish changes to the live site) and "contributor" (can make changes and submit them to be published)
• Preview URLs - A preview link can be shared with non-WPM users for content review prior to publishing
• Support for TIFF Format - The TIFF format is now allowed for image uploads
