Dr. Hongwei Guan presents at International Conferences and Receives Honorary Professorships

In June, Dr. Hongwei Guan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education, presented at two international conferences in China (Beijing and Shanghai) and received honorary professorships from Chengdu Sport University and Chongqing University. Details of the two presentations are as follows:

  •  Culture impact on growth and development. Paper presented (Keynote/Plenary) at the 3rd Peking University International Forum of Sports, Society and Culture. Beijing, P. R. China. http://pe.pku.edu.cn/xwkd/16626.htm
  • Preparing quality physical educators for 21st century: Technology application in physical education. Paper presented at the International Society for Comparative Sport and Physical Education (ISCPES) “World Conference on Physical Education and Sport: Challenges and Future Directions”. Shanghai, P. R. China.
