Kathleen Mulligan, Assistant Professor of Voice and Speech, Performs at Texas Shakespeare FestivalContributed by Angela Branneman on 08/01/11
Kathleen Mulligan (Assistant Professor- Theatre Arts) is winding up a season performing at the Texas Shakespeare Festival in Kilgore,Texas portraying Gertrude in Hamlet, Lady Bracknell in Ernest in Love (the musical version of The Importance of Being Ernest) and Lady Bountiful in The Beaux Stratagem (a new version adapted by Thornton Wilder and Ken Ludwig). Professor Mulligan worked at the festival 24 years ago, playing Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing. She was invited back for the festival's 25th anniversary season.
