Kristine Marshall, Administrative & Operations Assistant for the Office of Public Safety, is retiring on August 12th. 

Kris began with the Office of Public Safety over 35 years ago as a midnight dispatcher, and was promoted in 1989 to Administrative Assistant. In 1997, Kris proudly received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College. She has served as the department liaison for the United Way Campaign, and has most recently  served on the Staff Council where she was instrumental in resurrecting the JJ Staff Scholarship Committee. She is also Public Safety’s representative for Tompkins County’s Cops, Kids and Toys program, which she plans to continue as a volunteer. Kris is also very active in the Lansing Community Council. Kris and her husband are looking forward to spending time together traveling in their new RV.

Please join us on August 19th in the Klingenstein Lounge from 2:30 – 4:30 to wish Kris well on her much deserved retirement.
