Barney Beins is elected to governing body at the American Psychological AssociationContributed by Judy Smith on 08/31/11 Professor Barney Beins (Psychology) has been elected to a three-year term on the American Psychological Association's Council of Representatives, which is APA’s legislative body with sole authority to set policy and appropriate APA’s revenue. The Council consists of elected members from state, provincial or territorial psychological associations (SPTAs), APA divisions, and the APA Board of Directors.
