(Submitted on behalf of Samarra Mbenga, leader of the Weight Watchers At Work program at Ithaca College)

Mother Nature has spent the summer reminding us that there is no time like the present. Do you feel healthy? Are you fitting comfortably in your favorite suit? Are you able to keep up with your kids/grandkids? Imagine this holiday season, having the stamina, health and self confidence to be able to deal with whatever the winter is going to send our way.

Weight Watchers is the #1 "Best Diet Plan for Weight Loss and the "Best Commercial Diet Plan in U.S. News & World Report and we are right here on your campus.

With the tremendous support of your colleagues, and this incredibly simple program, you can have a big smile on your face even in the dead of winter! There is nothing quite like the feeling of being able to wear everything in your closet.
