Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central New York (CCCS of Central New York) has merged with ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions (CCCS).

"We've brought together two organizations who share the mission of promoting consumer health through financial education," said ClearPoint's CEO and President, Chris Honenberger. "The merger allows us to pool our resources, strengthen our infrastructure and better serve consumers."

The merger will not change the services offered to IC employees.  Although the September on-campus visit has been cancelled (Wednesday, September 21st), ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions (CCCS) will be available for one on one counseling sessions on a monthly basis going forward.
