Students Today Alumni Tomorrow is looking for student groups who would like to connect with their alumni.  We are hosting a student “organization fair” as part of Fall Splash.  It will be similar to the student activities fair done in Emerson Suites except on a much smaller and more intimate level.

As a participant, your student group will be able to meet with the alums who were members when they were students.  You can get them up to date on what has changed and what traditions remain.  They may have great suggestions that will help your organization progress even further.  If you would like to provide an activity (we already have groups doing tie dye and spin art!) that would be great too.

Reconnection and making ties is what the weekend is all about! It will be an exciting and invigorating time to find out what it was like "back in the day"! Before we all know it, we will be alums too! Don’t miss out on a great opportunity!

On Saturday, October 15, 2011, between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm (set up at 10:30) we will have tables set up under a tent at the Fall Splash picnic on the campus center quad.  Your group will be able to display information about what you do now in addition to activities that were done in the past.  Space is very limited, so if your group would like to participate, please contact Lynne Pierce at lpierce@ithaca.edu no later than Friday, September 30, 2011.  It is important to note that any student entering the picnic area must have a meal plan and use their card for the picnic, or pay cash.  There is the opportunity for up to two of your members who do not have a meal plan to be sponsored by STAT.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
