Midterms are now passed: Do you need to refer students to AES via the online Early Alert referral system?Contributed by Yolanda Clarke on 11/01/11
If you have students who are doing poorly in your courses, frequently absent, unengaged in class discussions or otherwise withdrawn, refer them to Academic Enrichment Services. Our online Early Alert referral system makes it easy to send information that we will respond to upon submittal. To refer a student, go to www.ithaca.edu/aes/earlyalert and complete the online form. If you have any questions, email us at earlyalert@ithaca.edu. Together, we may be able to save a student before he/she fails your course. ________________________________________________________________ NOTE: We are experiencing an unexpected shortage of Fundamentals of Biology, Principles of Biology, Business, and Economics Tutors. If you know capable students, tell them to go online to www.ithaca.edu/aes/peer/apply and apply right away. Our rate of compensation is $9.50 per hours. Referred students must have a strong academic record, and be in good academic and judicial standing. For a complete description, students can go to the Student Employment website and view our announcement. |
