Over 140 people joined together in the fight against childhood malnutrition on Saturday, October 8th for Ithaca’s 2nd Walk for Plumpy’nut. The Walk for Plumpy’nut was hosted by the Ithaca College chapter of Food for Thought and raised over $4,500 to purchase Plumpy’nut; a therapeutic food supplement used to feed severely malnourished children. All of the proceeds from the walk will be donated directly to support Concern Worldwide's feeding stations in Ethiopia.
