Kathleen Mulligan (Theatre Arts) will participate on a panel entitled "Fulbright Relationships for Global Action" at the 34th Annual Fulbright Association Conference in Washington D.C. on November 5.

Kathleen was invited to join the panel to talk about her project "Wheels For Women", which provides funding for the Sakhi Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence in Kerala, India to purchase auto-rickshaws and provide driver training to its residents. Kathleen is a recent runner up for the 2011 IIE New Leaders Group Award for Mutual Understanding for her Wheels for Women Project.
