The National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) club recently purchased three iPads loaded with the speech-generating software, Proloquo2go.

The iPods were purchased with monies from club fundraising activities and were given as gifts to three clients of the Ithaca College Sir Alexander Ewing Speech and Hearing Clinic.

These iPods, used as alternative augmentative communication devices, will help the clients increase their ability to successfully communicate with others.

The purpose of NSSLHA is to promote the awareness of speech-language pathology and audiology.
