The Upper Susquehanna Coalition (USC) of Soil and Water Conservation Districts has developed a comprehensive program that, with its partners, restores, constructs and protects wetlands of many types and sizes.   This integrated program includes supporting academic partners on wetland research, restoring wetlands on public and private lands and purchasing wetlands for protection with its land steward partners.
