Denise Nuttall: "Cultural Memory, World Music, Tabla Players and Ethnographic Understanding"
David Turkon: "Connecting Sudanese Refugees to National Planning and Development in South Sudan." He also received a Certificate of Award for outstanding service from the Association for Africanist Anthropology for serving as their Program Editor.
Jack Rossen: “People, Plants and Paradoxes: The Archaeobotany of Living on the Edge in the Ohio Valley.”
Sue-Je Gage: attended workshops on qualitative analysis and network analysis to enhance and update the department’s anthropological methods course.
