Ithaca College student Candace Riggs invites you to become a witness to the most displaced population in the world and learn about how U.S. policy is impacting the people of Colombia. She will screen “Shoveling Water: War on Drugs, War on People,” a documentary produced by Witness for Peace.  Afterwards Candace will lead a discussion regarding the recently passed Free Trade Agreement between the United States and Colombia and the impact this policy will have on the increase in cocaine production.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Candace Riggs, criggs1@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
