The Ithaca College Gerontology Institute Caregiver Support GroupContributed by BJ Wilson on 12/14/11 The Caregiver Support Group will meet Friday, December 16, from Noon-1:00 p.m. in the Gerontology Resource Room (413 CHS). Ithaca College staff and faculty members who provide care to ill or frail individuals are welcome to join an informal support group to share the issues and concerns of caregiving. Also learn about local caregiver resources. Beverages and a sweet treat will be available; please feel free to bring your lunch. This group is co-sponsored by the Ithaca College Gerontology Institute and Office of Human Resources. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact the Gerontology Institute at 274-1965. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. |
