Congratulations to the two Ithaca College students who have been awarded the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarships for Spring 2012!  The students are:

  • Aryelle Cormier, a TV-R major studying in Ecuador
  • Dylan Lowry, a Cinema & Photography major studying in India

The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program offers grants for U.S. citizen undergraduate students to pursue academic studies abroad. Such international study is intended to better prepare U.S. students to assume significant roles in an increasingly global economy and interdependent world.  The program aims to encourage students to choose non-traditional study abroad destinations, especially those outside of Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand.  Click here for more information about this program.

For more information about the Gilman Scholarship, or about study abroad at Ithaca College, please contact Rachel Cullenen at rcullenen@ithaca.edu or 274-3306.
