Ithaca College

Since November, ITS has been moving 50-60 computers per day to the new computing network. We are almost there and want to thank you for your role in making this effort so successful!

The college leases approximately 4500 computers; as of today, 3300 or 85% of them have been migrated to the new network. What once seemed to be an impossible task is almost complete. Much of our success is because of you, the Ithaca College faculty and staff.

We know it is not easy giving up your computer for any amount of time and having to deal with change. We asked you to do it anyway and you did! You have demonstrated patience, flexibility and a genuine willingness to help us succeed in this effort. 

We often talk about ourselves as a community and you have proven that over the last few months. The job isn't done yet but with everyone working together we will achieve our goals.
