(Yoga, Empowerment and Service) is coming to Ithaca College this week! Dates: February 9-13 Time: Thursday and Friday 6 pm - 10pm, Sat. and Sun. 11 am - 5pm, and Monday 6-10pm Venue: The course begins on Thursday in Williams Room 218 Cost: $175 (Special price only for this course - See below for scholarship info)

This program empowers young people with tools to eliminate stress, rid the system of negative emotions, develop strong social and leadership skills, heighten awareness and increase mental focus. It challenges young people to reach their highest potential and has already made a difference to thousands across the world. Program Overview: The intense 24 hour program (spanning 5 consecutive days) includes practical sessions on entrepreneurial skills, maximizing individual potential and physical, mental and emotional health. Main Aspects of the Program: 1) Physical – Challenging body exercises, yoga and innovative breathing techniques. 2) Mental – Practical knowledge and interactive processes to improve memory, concentration & focus. 3) Social - Experiential processes to develop problem solving strategies and social skills; Interactive processes to develop leadership and life skills; Teamwork exercises to teach cooperation and conflict resolution. 4) Emotional – Group discussions designed to help one feel at ease in challenging situations, and increase confidence and inner strength to better handle criticism and peer pressure.
