ITS is pleased to be offering Excel formulas training for both Windows and Macintosh users this week. Start with "Excel:Introduction" to get familiar with basic concepts and tools in Excel, then move on to Formulas I and Formulas II. Click the links below to register online instantly.

Excel for Macintosh: Introduction
Excel for Macintosh: Formulas I 

In Excel Formulas I, you will learn how to reference cells in other worksheets, use absolute cell references in your formulas, summarize data from a table using IF functions, and retrieve data for analysis. In Formulas II (Windows only), you will continue to use more referencing formulas to retreive specified data. By the end of Formulas II, you will be able to analyze and retrieve data from multiple worksheets, and nest lookup and reference functions to perform more complex calculations. 

ITS offers computing workshops every week on a variety of topics in the Technology Learning Center (101 Friends Hall) at no charge to all faculty, staff, and students.
