City Year recruiter to speak about careers in education advocacy during Making a Living While Making a Difference panelContributed by Kristin LiBritz on 02/10/12 City Year is an education focused, nonprofit organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service to keep students in school and on track to graduation. A representative of City Year will speak on the Making a Living While Making a Difference panel on February 22. Joined by representatives of the Advocacy Center, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Rural Health Service Corps and the Secret Service, panelists will explain their agency's mission, their personal career path and career opportunies within their agency.
