Learn about careers in community health education and working with youth during Making a Living While Making a Difference panelContributed by Kristin LiBritz on 02/12/12 The Rural Health Service Corps is an AmeriCorps National Service Program administered by the Rural Health Network of South Central New York. The purpose of the Rural Health Service Corps is to provide meaningful service and learning opportunities for young people committed to improving the health and lives of those living in South Central New York State. A representative of the Rural Health Service Corps will speak on the Making a Living While Making a Difference panel on February 22. Joined by representatives of the Advocacy Center, City Year, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Secret Service, panelists will explain their agency's mission, their personal career path and career opportunies within their agency.
