It happens every year - student organization officers step down and new leaders take over managing the group. This session will include a helpful explanation of the Dos and Don'ts for successful transitions, the most important questions for new leaders to ask and outgoing officers to answer, and practical examples of what works well for current IC Student Organizations. Current leaders and those who expect to lead and organization in the future will want to attend!
