Every man has some relationship with mental health. Society, however, seems to want him to deny this.

We all know the stereotype for men.We are supposed to be these stoic creatures that feel no pain and if we do, we never show it. A man admitting they he might need help or has a problem with his mental health is almost unheard of in today's society. Well Active Men, a subsection of Active Minds, wants to change this negative stigma. Active Men is a new organization on campus that is dedicated to changing the perception about men and their relationship with their own mental health. We are going to be working actively on campus in order to raise awareness about this issue and show that it is okay for a man to be more in tune with his emotions. So, if you are a man (or identify as one) please come to our next meeting!
