Essentials of Biology (BIOL 11500) How does your family history affect your health? Is your personality more influenced by genetics or your environment? How are you connected to all other living things on earth? How do you find reliable answers online? Designed for the non-biology major, this course will explore fundamental themes in biology with an emphasis on human health and the importance of genetics in your own family and health.
