Ithaca College

Ithaca College alumni have their own ways of keeping in touch with us after they’ve graduated, and the information about where they are, what they’ve accomplished, and their contact details is collected from all over campus. Emails, phone calls, being connected through Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn – all of these updates are important. We’re hoping you can help us keep track of our alumni by sending any updates you get to one central repository – icupdates@ithaca.edu.

The information collected will be used in a number of ways. Certainly, the database of alumni information is used during fund-raising appeals; however, that’s just one way. Faculty and staff have access to this information as a resource for potential volunteers and guests speakers. We are also able to connect alumni with other alumni, and alumni with students for internships, mentoring, and job opportunities. Having current information about where our alumni are working or studying helps us assess our programs more effectively with the outcomes data needed for accreditation. 

We are also able to promote the success of your area through “Ready” stories, ICView, and other vehicles from the Office of Marketing Communications.
