Caribbean Students Association is hosting its annual Caribbean Culture Week starting April 2nd -April 7th under the theme "Shades of Faces: Caribbean Enlightenment Through Literature".

Every year Caribbean Students Association hosts Caribbean Culture Week which is a week long series of events that serves to educate and to bring awareness of Caribbean Culture to the Ithaca Community. All Ithaca College faculty, staff as well as students regardless of background, are encouraged to attend the events being hosted during this week.

March 26th-April 2nd: Caribbean Jewelry Sale in Campus Center. Purchase bracelets, earrings and necklaces made by students. All proceeds goes towards the World Water Relief Project in Haiti.

MONDAY: "Celebrating Caribbean Voices" with special guest from Cornell University Dr. Carole Boyce Davies starting at 7pm in Clark Lounge. (Tickets are available at our table in Campus Center from March 26th-30th) - FREE!!!

TUESDAY: Spit That and CSA Open Mike Night in IC SQUARE @ 8pm.

WEDNESDAY: Trinidadian Guest Lecturer and author Merle Hodge presents on"Caribbean Literature and the Journey to Peoplehood" in Textor 102 @ 7pm

THURSDAY: Pre doctoral candidate Shauna Morgan Kirlew speaks about "21st century Currents: Neo-anticolonialism and the Legacy of Resistance in Caribbean Literature and Film"  Taughannock Falls Room @ 7pm

FRIDAY: "Rembering Haiti..." Benefit Concert with guest Dr. Mo Baptiste Emerson Suites @ 7pm

SATURDAY: "SWAGGA BASH" Come and enjoy a night filled with Caribbean music and dance!! Caribbean Dance Party in Clark Lounge @ 8pm
