The following is submitted on behalf of Will Kay, Acting Director of Grants and Sponsored Projects: The 15th Annual Whalen Symposium is Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 9am until 3:30 pm with a closing reception from 4-5pm. This year, there will be a record number of presentations and we need your help to ensure the sessions run smoothly. The symposium is a fantastic opportunity for students to share their work with their peers, gain an experience that helps prepare them for their futures, and highlight the excellence that exists among the five schools. We are looking for staff and student volunteers to serve as room monitors/hosts to pay attention to presentation timing, answer student and moderator questions, etc. To volunteer please contact whalen@ithaca.edu today. |
