Anthropology faculty & students present papers at NEAA ConferenceContributed by Jack Rossen on 03/25/12 Research was presented in Bridgewater, Massachusetts at the 52nd Annual Northeastern Anthropological Association Conference on March 9-10. Faculty presentations were made by Brooke Hansen, “Revealing the Eye of the Turtle: Conflicts over Native Hawaiian Cultural Expression and Sovereignty at Kamakahonu on the Big Island of Hawaii” and Jack Rossen “The Levanna and Myers Farm Sites: Challenging Dominant Archaeological Narratives of the Iroquois (Haudenosaunee).” Anthropology student presentations were made by Daniel Weller, “The Potential for and Implications of a Precisely Dated High-Resolution Chronology for Northwestern Mexico,” and Morgan Milazzo, “Recognizing the Ethical Dilemmas of Being an International Volunteer.”
