Move It And Lose It!

It is a spectacular time to enhance your diet and exercise routine now that the weather is getting warmer.

Please join us as Julia Lapp, Assistant Professor in Health Promotion and Physical Education, talks to us about behavior modification and how it relates to diet and exercise. She will also discuss barriers to reaching goals and how to overcome them. Special discussions will take place for those who have Rheumatoid Arthritis.

When: Wednesday, April 4th, 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Where: Peggy Ryan Williams Center, Human Resources Conference Room, GL52
