Ithaca College

The Ithaca College contract policy can be viewed at: https://www.ithaca.edu/attorney/policies/vol2/Volume_2-240.html. The policy includes requirements for signatory authority and provides direction for when contracts must be reviewed by the Division of Legal Affairs.

The Legal Affairs website includes a section devoted to contracts to which the College is a party and lists the procedures for submitting contracts for legal review (https://www.ithaca.edu/ogc/contracts). The contracts page has additional resources such as template agreements for artist/speaker services and professional services as well as a section on common contract pitfalls. The template contracts do not have to be reviewed by Legal Affairs, as they were prepared by our office and meet all the requirements outlined in the contract policy. Please refer to the contract policy for more information about what types of contracts need to be reviewed.
