Want to learn about food in America? On Monday, April 2, from 12-1pm in the Taughannock Falls Room, Sandor Ellix Katz will be giving a talk about fermenation and of food and beverages called "Reclaiming Our Food: Grassroots Food Activism" He is also widely respected as an expert in fermentation of all kinds of food and beverages. Katz's writing has also appeared in The Nation, The Fifth Estate, OutWeek, Communities Magazine, and RFD: A Country Journal for Queer Folks Everywhere.
