Ithaca senior gymnast Jessica Bolduc was honored as the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association's Outstanding Senior Athlete at the recently completed NCGA Championships, held at Brockport. The award is given to the senior that has most exemplified the mission of the NCGA, which is to encourage the development of discipline, determination and dedication -- skills necessary in the pursuit of academic and career excellence.
Bolduc is the most accomplished gymnast in Ithaca history, as she earned her 12th-career all-America finish at the 2012 championship meet. She was the NCGA floor exercise national champion in 2011. |
