Around the time Google updated their privacy settings (February 2012), Mail Services began to field an increased number of calls and conversations from students stating that they were not receiving their package notification emails.

Many of you have your email forwarded to other email clients.  Ensure that your forwarding is set up correctly and that emails are not ending up in your Spam folder by adding icmailservice@ithaca.edu to your address book.  Our package tracking software indicates whether an email has been released to web mail and that has not been the issue.  
We are collecting data to provide ITS regarding this issue as well.

Check your Spam box and call the Mail Center at 607-274-3371 with information that may be helpful in resolving this issue.
