Congratulations and thank you to each of these individuals for their dedication to serving the staff of Ithaca College.

I look forward to assisting this dynamic team during the transition of duties and am grateful for the opportunity to serve as a non-voting ex officio member of the council during the coming year.

As we grieve over the loss of our colleague, Neil Hatch, I continue to be inspired by his participation on staff council, particularly his selfless encouragement of fellow workers. Neil spoke candidly, but from his heart. He expressed a deep appreciation for Ithaca College and focused his efforts toward positive change and future potential. I'm grateful for the time we shared.
