Several IC faculty will share their online teaching strategies in a lively panel discussion.

The session will be structured as several brief live and video presentations with ample time for Q & A and discussion.

  • Design and Use of Discussion Forums - Dennis Charsky
  • Implementing Formative Assignments Using Sakai - Amy Gerney
  • Never send another attachment: Online collaboration with Google Docs - Erica Marx

Anyone is welcome regardless of their online teaching experience and many of these strategies can transfer to face-to-face or blended environments.  This event is cosponsored by the Center for Faculty Excellence, Graduate and Professional Studies, and Information Technology Services.
