Date: Thursday, May 24, 2012 In the United States, Carnival is traditionally a festive season which occurs immediately before Lent and typically involves a public celebration or parade combining some elements of a circus, mask and public street party. People often dress up or masquerade during the celebrations, which mark an overturning of daily life. We've all worked hard this year; now, it's time to kick back and relax with friends and colleagues while enjoying fun games and lively music! As always, there will be loads of carnival food (Yes, CLAMS) and the opportunity to throw your name into the drawing for several rather NICE door prizes (also everyone attending will receive a sustainable gift) - So, draw a smiley face on your calendar for May 24th - and come dressed to PARTY!
