Over the summer, ITS will be working to implement another major phase of the Networking and Security re-Architecture (NSrA) project, which is to move files from the Novell file servers (Memphis, Pulsar and Nova) to the Active Directory file servers. ITS is still working out many of the details, and important information will be distributed to the campus community in the coming weeks. In the mean time, all users are strongly encouraged to do "housekeeping" of Novell files (in both personal and shared departmental folders) by deleting unneeded files. This will help the migration process go as smoothly and efficiently as possible when the time comes to move files.
