Nathan Hess, Assistant Professor of Piano in the School of Music, Adjudicates Auditions for the Steinway Society of Western Pennsylvania

Dr. Nathan Hess, Assistant Professor of Piano in the School of Music, adjudicated two days of student auditions for the Steinway Society of Western Pennsylvania. The event was held June 1st and 2nd at the Steinway Piano Gallery in Pittsburgh and featured 40 local pianists, ages 18 and under. A select number of students were chosen to perform in lobby recitals held in Heinz Hall during the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra’s 2012-2013 season.
