Mark the date! Tuesday, June 26, 2012.

Join us as we end our second 13-week round together. Ding. Ding. Ding. Don't delay, get closer to your goals today!

Join us for our Open House to get closer to better health, better food and smaller clothes sizes. We are dedicated to inspiring and helping you adopt a healthier way of life so you can successfully lose weight and keep it off.

Six years ago I couldn't fit into a single pair of pants in my closet. Though I've reached my goal weight, sometimes the pants that fit can get tighter. As a member, the meetings still continue to help me. They can help you, too. Nothing tastes as good as good health (and being able to fit into the clothes in your closet comfortably) feels! Join us for our next 13-week series!
