Ithaca's local Friends Bike Clinic and IC's Bomber Bike Initiative (BBI) are teaming up to put on FREE Bike Mechanics Workshops for all who are interested. 

Participants are invited to join any or all of the 4 workshops that will be taking place before classes start. Each hour-long session will focus on a different topic including Bike Anatomy, Brakes, Drive Train, and Wheels. Participants are encouraged to bring a bike if they have one, but not required. The workshops are free, but we do ask for one volunteer hour from each participant to help out the Friends Bike Clinic.

Those interested in becoming a bike mechanic for the BBI will greatly benefit from these workshops!

Location: Entrance of Peggy Ryan Williams (Weather Permitting, otherwise the rain location will be Job Hall 161)

Days/Times:

Thursday Aug. 16th @ 4-5 pm (Followed by a group ride at 5:30 pm around campus)

Tuesday Aug. 21st @ 4-5 pm

Wednesday Aug. 22nd @ 4-5 pm

Thursday Aug. 23rd @ 4-5 pm
