Information Technology Services would like to remind all instructors and administrative staff to review the Optical Scanning procedures to ensure tests and evaluations are processed and returned in a timely manner and with minimal interruption. Please visit our website for details.

• Requests must be dropped off and picked up at the ITS Help Desk (Job Hall)
• A request form and key sheet must be provided for each test scoring request
• A request form with appropriate setup file/template must be provided for each course evaluation request
• Any changes to current processes or new requests should be directed to Computer Operations in advance
