Please join us as Stephanie Piech, Sodexo’s first Dining Sustainability Coordinator and 2011 IC graduate, informs us of the local and organic food options available on campus!

During the presentation you'll learn about: 

  • nutritious, fair-trade, organic, local and sustainable food options on campus;
  • different dining plans faculty and staff can choose from;
  • new initiatives and goals in sustainability focusing on nutrition for Ithaca Dining Services in the 2012-13 school year; and
  • the new teaching kitchen, the “Food Lab” in Terrace Dining Hall
