David Turkon of Anthropology published a review of The Post Colonial Turn: Re-Imagining Anthropology and Africa in the Fall 2012 issue of the journal African Affairs (Volume 111, Number 445)

The volume, edited by René Devisch and Francis B. Nyamnjoh, explores ways that anthropology and anthropologists engaged colonialism critically in ways that advance the discipline. The book focuses on the contributions of African scholars as well as Europeans who had long term engagements with specific cultural groups. The Post Colonial Turn is published by Langaa Research and Publishing Common Initiative of Cameroon.
