It’s going to be a blast, so be there or be square!

This years’ Fair is just a few days away. Making the scene at this year’s Fair are a few new vendors you will not want to miss. From the IC community, a representative from the Sir Alexander Ewing Hearing Clinic and the IC United Way Campaign will be on hand to share with us what they do. In addition we have Emeriti and Davis Vision joining us. Davis will be checking peepers and showing off their spectacular spectacles.  As always we will have Aetna, Ameritas, TIAA- CREF, Liberty Mutual, as well as many other vendors on hand.  The Fair is on Thursday, November 1st from 10am to 3pm, in the Emerson Suites. Benefits eligible faculty and staff only please.  Be sure to bring your College ID to enter.

Don’t split without checking out the International Photo Exhibit featuring original photos by IC international and study abroad students located in the North Foyer  This is part of the International Club at IC and the Office of International Programs cooperate in celebration of International Education Week - a week-long festival celebrating the transforming power of international education.  One of the key events for this festival is the International Photo Exhibit, which features original photos by IC international and study abroad students.  There are three categories of the contest: People, Places, and Sports.  Faculty and staff are invited to come and see how the world looks through the lens of our students -- and cast a vote for the best picture in each category.

The online re-enrollment process will blast off on Monday November 5th through Friday November 16th.  Drop-in sessions will be held during this time. Human Resources sock- hoppers and our Aetna Representative and Davis Vision Representatives will be available to answer questions about your benefit options or assist with the online re-enrollment process.
