Heather Dichter Publishes Article in the History of Education: journal of the History of Education SocietyContributed by Lana Walsh on 12/19/12 Heather Dichter (Sport Management and Media) recently published an article in volume 41, no. 6 (2012) of History of Education: journal of the History of Education Society. Her article, "Rebuilding physical education in the Western occupation zones of Germany, 1945-1949," examines the creation of a new physical education teacher training university in Cologne, Germany, as part of broader Allied education goals for the occupation of Germany.
