Ithaca College-Longview Intergenerational Choir Rehearsals Begin Tuesday!Contributed by Emily Mason on 01/20/13 Students, if you are looking for a fun, low pressure way to get involved in music, the Intergenerational Choir is for you! This is a non-auditioned group that is open to any student on campus. The Ithaca College-Longview Intergenerational Choir is comprised of students from IC and residents at Longview, an Ithacare Community. Each Tuesday, students travel to Longview to sing with the residents from 7-8pm. Transportation is provided and there is no audition required! This semester we will be singing pieces from the Big Band and Swing Eras. Rehearsals begin this Tuesday, Jan. 22nd and the IC van will leave the Whalen Center circle at 6:40pm. If you are interested you may contact Dr. Emily Mason, Faculty Conductor, or just show up at the circle on Tuesday!
