Assistant Professor Donathan Brown, Department of Communication Studies, has accepted an invitation to speak about academic publishing pertaining to race and public policy in conjunction with the National Association of Blacks in Higher Education conference.

Dr. Brown will be part of the 3-day "Research and Writing Boot Camp" that takes place at the conference and will also serve on the "Meet the Editors" panel.  He is currently editor of the national Journal of Race and Policy.

As one of first predoctoral diversity fellows in the School of Humanities and Sciences, Dr. Brown will provide not only excellent advice on publishing, but also an excellent example of the success of Ithaca College's predoctoral program.
